This is an interesting book on weight loss. There are a number of good points stressed and it can be a meal plan for life. I know gals that have done this diet and look great now. I personally do not find it meets my lifestyle but I learned a lot of good ideas. I recommend it if you are trying to lose weight and cannot find a good fit for you diet wise.

My daughter followed this plan religiously and now is in the hospital with an eating disorder. It worked... too well. It flipped some switch in her and now she will not touch any carbs, healthy or otherwise. Be very very careful with this book!!
