Don't waste your money. If you have any common sense at all and can read a label, you do not need this book or any of them from this series. I was highly disappointed after all the hype following these books.

It is a very easy to use book
March 23, 2010

We are parents who want to feed our kids better foods without taking out everything that they like to eat. With this book we can still buy some of the food they like to eat but made with less of the bad stuff they don't need.

MUST READ
March 23, 2010

At first read I was proud of how many products were on my regular shopping list, but THEN I found out how many products I DIDN'T want on my list anymore. The whole collection is a must read.

Good Resource

I have read several off these books. They are good resources for those trying to eat healthier. A few of the books overlap and have some of the same information and products, but still worthwhile purchases.

Must Have Books!
March 22, 2010

I now have the entire collection of Eat This Not That books and I am amazed by all of them. In fact, I have since purchased several copies of them for family and friends. The wealth of information provided is priceless. I had always been a grocery shopper who looked at the label just to see how many calories an item had versus another. With this book- you learn why that is not always the best strategy. I can not recommend enough these series of books to anyone who wants to begin making healthier decisions with their food!
